Summary

Every online citizen receives a regular income payment from the government. The amount depends on activity level, driver experience, and government employment status.

1. Payment Rates

UBI is distributed hourly to all online players:

2. Driver Level Scaling

UBI payments scale with the recipient's driver level. Higher-level drivers receive a larger payment, reflecting their greater contribution to the economy.

The exact scaling formula ensures that new players still receive a meaningful income, while experienced drivers earn proportionally more. This encourages continued progression.

3. Loan Auto-Repayment

If a UBI recipient has an outstanding loan at Bank of ASEAN, a portion of their UBI payment is automatically applied to loan repayment before the remainder is deposited. This ensures that borrowed public funds are returned to the treasury.

4. Distribution Frequency

UBI runs as a scheduled task every 60 minutes. The system checks all online players and distributes payments in bulk. Payments are logged as Government Funding: UBI in the financial ledger.
